Account deletion
Last updated : 14 June 2026
You can delete your La Bonne Cueillette account at any time. This page describes the procedure, its consequences and the fate of your data, in accordance with your right to erasure (GDPR).
1. Delete from the app
The simplest method is to delete your account directly from the mobile app:
- open the app and sign in;
- go to “Profile” then “Account settings”;
- select “Delete my account”;
- confirm with your password to validate the request.
2. Producer accounts and farms
If you manage a farm, deleting your account may affect access to the producer space and the associated team. Ongoing orders must be handled beforehand. Transferring a farm's management to another member is possible before deletion.
3. Data deleted and data retained
Deletion removes your profile and personal data not subject to legal retention. Some data may be kept for the period required by law:
- billing and transaction data: up to 10 years (accounting and tax obligations);
- data needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
- anonymised data, which no longer identifies you.
4. Consequences of deletion
Deletion is permanent: you lose access to your history, favourites, messaging and any loyalty benefits. Ongoing orders must be completed or cancelled before deletion.
5. Processing timelines
Deletions made from the app are applied immediately for the account itself. Full erasure from backups and systems takes place within a reasonable period not exceeding thirty (30) days, excluding data subject to legal retention.
6. Request by email
If you cannot access the app, send your request from the Contact page or to the data-protection address shown in the legal notice, stating your account email. We may ask you to verify your identity. The request is handled within a maximum of thirty (30) days.
